3. The indicated price is net Excl. VAT from the departure of the shop without freights. Those prices are given as an indicate title and can be varied without any warning according to the exchange rate, the buying price of products and raw materials.
4. All orders no matter what are the price and his nature should be paid cash. Any delay of payment will be agreed. The payment should be effect by credit card or bank transfer .
5. The freight indicated on the bills will be on the postal freight or the freight bill by the conveyor according of the weight and the volume of the wares to dispatch.
In the matter that the wares has not been regulate before send the cost of postage reimbursement will be added according to postage price list.
6. The orders can be issued by Internet.
7. A payment in advance will be requested for all orders of specific parts not kept in stock.
These parts concerning a special order will not be able to resend for any reason.
8. Quotations are free and available during two weeks.
9.All the sold goods are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect inducing a faulty operation in the case of the return is carried out less than a month starting from the date of invoice and if those parts have not been spoiled or damaged. This guaranty does not applied to electrical parts then those tension regulators, pressure gauges, lamps, dynamos, etc.
10. Any item purchased can be returned within 10 days from delivery date at no cost, except at the expense of return transportation to the seller. It is necessary to notice of intention to return.
It does not apply to goods:
- Specially imported for the customer
- Used
- Damaged
- With damaged original packaging (if any)
Other returns will charge the following costs:
-If the return will be made during the month, we will hold 15% of the payment.
-If the return will be made during more than a month, we will hold 50% of the payment
All returned parts must not be used.
The return we will pay back in 14 days of receipt, of the returned goods to the designated bank account. |
